Nam Sơn – Hạp Lĩnh Industrial Park is strategically located just 42 km from Hanoi, 7.4 km from Bắc Ninh city center, 37 km from Nội Bài International Airport, 140 km from Hải Phòng Port, and 15 km from Samsung Bắc Ninh Factory. The land lease term runs from 2010 to 2060, with proposed plot sizes ranging from 2.5 to 10 hectares. The sale price is USD 175/m² (excluding VAT, negotiable). Payment is split into five phases: 20% deposit, 20% upon signing MoU, 20% upon signing official contract, and 20% upon land handover. Handover is expected in Q3/2025.
