Basic Information
- Total land area: 300 hectares
- Land subdivision: Available based on client’s needs
- Infrastructure lease price: USD 155/m² for the entire lease period until 2071 (excluding VAT)
Payment Schedule
- 1st Installment: Pay 50% of total infrastructure lease price within 7 days from signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
- 2nd Installment: Pay 45% within 3 weeks from signing the MoU
- 3rd Installment: Pay the remaining 5% within 7 days after the Lessor issues the notice of Land Use Right Certificate handover
