USD 30MM Multi-purpose Hospital

Bệnh Viện Đa Khoa Tây Đô, located in Cái Răng District, Can Tho City, was established in December 2004 and became operational in August 2007 with a total investment of approximately USD 15 million. The hospital, initially designed with 100 beds, provided general medical services to the Mekong Delta region. However, due to internal shareholder disputes and mismanagement, the hospital ceased operations in 2012. Financial misconduct, including inflated land and equipment values, was uncovered, leading to investigations. After more than a decade of closure, the hospital’s infrastructure and medical equipment have deteriorated significantly. Currently, there is no public information regarding any plans for investment or redevelopment, and the facility remains abandoned without clear plans for renovation or sale.
